Stoneman Village & Stoneman Village II is a retirement living community conveniently located in Pittsburg. Residents can take advantage of nearby restaurants, shopping and recreational opportunities. Our residents have an array of opportunities to stay physically and mentally challenged. We offer a diverse social calendar that encourages activity through live entertainment, sightseeing outings and educational classes and programs that stimulate the brain. Age Requirements:
Stoneman Village is designated by HUD as a Senior & Handicapped Facility, a Section 202/8 Program. The Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older; OR the Head of Household or spouse must be above the age of 18 and have a mobility impairment requiring the accessibility of a specially designed mobility apartment.
Stoneman Village II is designated by HUD as a Senior Facility under Section 202/PRAC. The Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older.
