**FREE Online Workshop** California Sales Tax Compliance

Description

This interactive online workshop is provided free of charge by the City of Oakley Entrepreneur Program. The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration oversees California's sales and use, fuel, alcohol, tobacco, and other taxes and collects fees. Compliance need not be difficult for the small businessperson. This workshop will cover the California Resale Certificate, sales taxable and nontaxable sales, reporting requirements, internet sales and special circumstances. Note: This workshop is presented online using Zoom. Very limited seating for in-person learning will be available. Log in information will be provided with registration confirmation.
